Visualizing the strategy

The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has set an ambitious direction for the future strategy to promote Danish sustainable food production. But good intentions are only worth something when the strategy is communicated clearly and realized. That’s why we helped them to visualize and communicate the strategy to all of their employees.

The 1 minute strategy explained

Even though the strategy consists of a whole lot of words, slides and details, it is crucial that all employees understand the essence of the strategy – especially those who don’t read all of it. That’s why we transformed the strategy into a one minute must-know story about the most important messages.

A coherent visual vocabulary

Due to the fact that the strategy was distributed through various of formats, it was important to keep a close and visual link between them. Furthermore, we established a visual language of different graphic elements to address the fit the content, including icons, infographics, models, illustrations, etc.

Different contexts = different solutions

It’s important to acknowledge that employees read and engage differently with the strategy. For that reason we created different formats adjusting the content and visuals including posters, publications, pixie book, presentations, animations, etc.
