Get Retail Ready
“Get Retail Ready” is the title of a comprehensive study and online summit conducted by Google. In essence, it outlines the challenges and potential in driving business success and navigating the new digital retail landscape. Together with the Google research team, we ensured that the study was presented as clearly, powerfully, and engagingly as possible.

Structure and variation
Structure and variation are key in a successful presentation. Therefore, at the beginning of each slide deck, we carefully outline all slides to get an overview of the order, the flow, chapter proportions, and visual ideas. From there, we start designing to make sure that there are nice variations and rythm to the visuals, mixing layouts, colors, motion design, illustrations, and detail level.

Illustrations in the loop
We use illustrations to support the story of the content, especially for those cases where information tends to be intangible. But it can also be an integrated part of a data visualization. We might even add a small looping animated effect to these illustrations. The objective is always to keep the audience engaged and enhance understanding – never to distract and take too much attention.
Make some slides stand out
Let’s be honest: some slides are more important than others. We always prioritise slides with our client to decide which should be more in focus. Then we make sure to pay extra attention to these specific slides visually, so that the audience will also.
